摘要
近年来,有机化学家对单电子转移的自由基链式亲核取代反应——S_(RN)1进行了广泛的研究。在这一反应中,由于作为亲核体的有机氮负离子的亲核性较弱,使反应产率低且不易分离,给产物的定量分析工作带来困难,从而影响了对该反应机理的探讨。为此,我们用薄层色谱扫描法对有机氮负离子参与的光诱导S_(RN)1反应产物的测定进行了研究。本工作对由咔唑钾氮负离子与α-溴代吡啶进行S_(RN)
The quantitative determination of N-(α-pyridyl)-carbazole produced from the photoinduced SRN1 reaction by TLC-densitometricmethod is described.The sample is developed on silica gel plate with 1,2-dichloroethane:cyclohexane=1:1(v/v) ratio.Then the separated spots are scanned by reflection mode and quantitatively determined by external standard method.The method is simple,rapid and accurate.
