摘要
从分析焊接工艺的特点出发 ,提出了基于知识库的焊接工艺设计的专家系统。文中根据系统要求建立了数据库 (DB) ;获取专家经验及领域知识建立了知识库 (KB) ;依据知识层次结构建立了模型库 (MB) ;这 3库一体化形成专家系统 (ES)。文中还介绍了多因素综合分析法 。
According to analysis of characteristic of welding,expert systems of process designation of welding based on knowledge base is brought toward , Date Base(DB)is found according to system demand and knowledge base(KB)is established after accepting expert experience and knowledge of this field,and modelbase(MB)is built according to the structure of knowledge. The three bases are recombined in the expert system, method of several factor comprehensive analysis is described, and rule representation is discussed in paper.
