The Investigation on the Par a maters in the Fundamental Elution Equation in Liquid-Solid Chromatography

摘要 本文系统的考察了液固吸附色谱保留值方程lnk′=a+c·C_B+-b·lnC_B中各系数的物理意义以及a、b、c相互之间的关系;并提出了计算同系物a、b、c三参数的方法。 In this paper,we made a detailed investigation on the parameters in the fundamental elution equation (1) in LSC.The mutual relationship among parameters a,b,c was also investigated.The method for calculating the parameters a,b,c of homologues is described by using literature data.
