摘要
用水热法合成了具有良好结晶度和大层间距的 α-磷酸钛晶体 (记为 α- Ti P) ,并用 XRD,HREM,IR及 TG/DSC等方法对其进行了表征。得到的晶体形貌规整并具有较高的热稳定性。本实验对水热法合成 α-磷酸钛的实验条件进行了系统研究 ,给出了优化的合成条件。研究表明 ,当反应体系的磷酸浓度为 5 M~ 10 M时在 180℃下反应 6 h即可获得良好的 α- Ti
Crystalline samples of α Titanium hydrophosphate (abbreviated as α TiP) were prepared by hydrothermal method and characterized by XRD, IR, HREM and TG DSC. There is a high crystallinity with an interlayer distance of 0 763 nm and hexagonal flakes in α TiP. Meanwhile, it is shown that the α TiP Possesses a high thermal stability.In this paper,the experimental conditions for preparing α Tip by hydrothermal synthesis were systematically investigated. The results indicate that the optimum experimental condition for hydrothermal method is at 180℃ for 6 hours in 5 M 10 M phosphoric acid concenfration.
