摘要
本文研究了在不同pH 值的浆体冲蚀条件下耐磨胶粘涂层、20号钢和高铬铸铁的磨损特性,并研究了不同冲蚀时间和不同耐磨填料用量对胶粘涂层耐磨性的影响,此外还进行了初步的工业性试验。试验表明,耐磨腔粘涂层有较好的耐磨性和优良的耐腐蚀性,它是一种有广泛应用前景的新型耐磨材料。
The paper inquires into the wear behaviour of wear-resistant adhe-
sive coatings,steel 20~# and high chromium cast iron,in addition,effects of scour-
ing time and filler quantity on the its behaviour are studied too.Preliminary in-
dustrial tests are carried out,and the results show that the wear-resistant adhesi-
ve coatings possess fair wear-resisting and excellent corrosion-resisting ability,be-
ing a new materials with widely prospect.
