针对原有集散控制系统已被淘汰的情况 ,用ControlLogixPLC实现氧化铝生产中管道化溶出生产工艺的过程控制 ,具有很好的性能价格优势。控制算法采用模糊控制 +PI+单回路调节器的集成控制技术 。
As the existing DCS has already eliminated through selection,the control logix PLC is applied to the process of the Tube Digestion Plant for alumina production,with an excellent performance and price advantage.By utilizing the control arithmetic of Fuzzy control +PI+ DR20 integrated technology ,the actual operation with this control method shows good results accordingly?
