单片机模糊控制技术在变频螺杆泵稠油开采中的研究

摘要 阐述了利用模糊控制技术设计的单片机模糊地面驱动螺杆泵扭矩控制系统的工作原理、结构、策略和实现方法。该系统具有较完善的自诊断功能 ,与模拟控制方式相比 ,具有性能好、可靠性高、控制灵活等特点。该技术运用在螺杆泵抽油光杆扭矩控制上延长了螺杆泵检泵周期 。 The working principle, structure and strategy and carried out means of the monolithic microcomputer fuzzy control system of the surface - ground screw pump torque are discussed. The system has more advanced performance, higher reliability and flexibility than simulated control fashion. Moreover, it has self- diagnostic function. The pump inspection period may be prolonged and the oil output can be increased and management level will be improved with the application of this technology for the torque contrl on polished rod of the screw pumps.
