摘要
胜三区抽油杆断脱成为有杆泵失效的主要因素 ,抽油杆的失效大大加重了油井的维护费用。对此 ,主要从矿场生产的角度 ,对胜三区抽油杆失效的化学因素和物理因素进行深入细致的分析。在现场采取了加缓蚀剂、简化管柱、控制油井沉没度、降低含砂量和应用防偏磨工艺等措施 。
In the light of breaking of sucker rods being the main failure factors of rod pumping wells in block 3 of Shengtuo Oilfield, which increase the well' s maintenance cost, this paper deeply analysis the chemical and physical failure factors, through the aspects of field production. Some technical measure having been put into use, obvious results are obtained.
