摘要
目的探讨防止和减少早孕药流并发症的有效方法。方法对妇科门诊采用口服米非司酮(150mg)和米索前列醇(600ug)终止早期妊娠并行常规清宫术的208例孕妇进行临床观察。结果清宫术腹痛与迷走神经兴奋反应观察,轻度,占77.40%,中度占23.55%,重度占3.84%;手术时间短,手术出血量少,蜕膜与宫壁分离完全;术后阴道出血持续时间5～9d占66.82%,10～14%占30.28%,15～29占2.88%,术后恢复快。结论早孕药流常规清宫术是防止和减少早孕药流并发症的有效方法。
Objective To research a effective medthod to prevent and reduce the complications of abortion medicine.Methods In outpatient clinic,208women,who had taken mifepristone(150mg)versus misoprostal(300ug)to cease their the first trimester pregmancy,were under our observa-tion,-In the fourth day,the routine curettage uter-ine was performed.Result The reaction of ab-dominal pain and excitement nevus vague:the light-degree,77.4%;the mid -degree,23.55%;the serious -degree,3.83%;the operative time was short;the haem-orrhage intra-operative was little;the deciduas gra-viditatis to separate completely from wall uterine;the time of post-operative bloood loss:5～9d,66.82%;10～14d,30.28%;15～29d,2.88%,the postoperative re-covery was quick.Conclusion it is obvious that the routine curettage uterine is to prevent and re-duce the complications of the abortion by oral mifeprostone versus misprostol.
