摘要
本文依据古代文献和历史遗物 ,通过对明代泉州农村社区的历史考察 ,指出封建时代中国乡村社会秩序的维持是以“礼治为主 ,礼法兼治。”
In the light of ancient documents and historical remains and by means of historical investigation made into rural community of Ming Dynasty in Quanzhou,the authors have their views on the maintenance of public order in Chinese rural areas during feudal age.In the authors opinion,the public order is chiefly maintained by the rule of discipline rite,namely,feudal code of ethics.It is maintained by concurrent rule of law and discipline rite.
