摘要
探讨了数字技术和图书馆版权问题 ,以及图书馆面对数字技术使作品的复制、作品的使用方法、复制件和原件的区别等一系列版权扩张的挑战 ,并提出解决数字图书馆版权问题的建议 :扩大图书馆合理使用的范围 ;完善版权集体管理制度 ;加强对数字版权信息的管理及图书馆应该接受合理使用的新变化。
The paper studies the questions of digital technology and the library copyright, and the series challenges of the copyright expanding. At the same time, it introduces the ways of solving the copyright problems of a digital library, expands the library usage area, makes the copyright group management system perfectly, and strengthenes the mangement of digital copyright's information.
