摘要
用 4种硬质合金刀具 (YD0 5 ,YM0 5 1,YN0 5 ,YN10 )进行了薄切削铝合金试验 ,检查了刀具切削前及失效后刀具主后刀面的化学成份 ,对比分析刀具、铝合金工件化学成份 ,发现硬质合金刀具的扩散磨损是由于硬质合金中粘结相原子向铝合金工件扩散 ,以及铝合金工件中铝原子向硬质合金刀具扩散而造成的 .
In order to research on whether hard alloy cutter can be used in the precision processing of non ferrous metal,the writer has made some thin cutting experiments of aluminum alloy by using four kinds of hard alloy cutters(i.e YD05,YM051,YN05,YN10),checked the chemical compostitions of the cutters before and after cutting.After comparative analysis of the chemical compsitions of the cutters and the alumimum alloy workpieces,the writer discovered that the spreading of sticky integrate atom of hard alloy to workpieces and the aluminum atom of workpieces to the cutters caused the spreading wear of hard alloy cutters.
