摘要
目的 为不愿接受手术治疗的腰椎间盘突出症患者寻找一套适宜的保守治疗方案。方法 15 6例患者 ,诊断明确 ,采用卧硬板床、骨盆牵引、推拿按摩 ,中西药物、针灸、功能锻炼的方法。结果 痊愈 10 2例 ,显效 17例 ,有效 19例 ,无效 18例。结论 本方法经济、无痛苦、有效、易被患者接受。
Objective To seek a set of suitable synthetic treatment for prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc patients who refuse operation.Methods 156 patients were treated with lying on lamina dura,pelvic traction,massage,western medicines and Chinese herbs,acupuncture,function traning and so on.Results 102 cases healed.There were marked effect in 17 cases,effectiveness in 19 cases and failure in 18 cases.Conclusions The plan is an economical,effectiveness,painless and easy acceptable method.
