摘要
目的 探讨重组日本血吸虫副肌球蛋白 (r Sj97)免疫小鼠产生抗感染保护力的机制。 方法 用 EL ISA法对每次免疫前、攻击感染前的免疫小鼠血清中特异性抗体的动态及滴度进行检测。 结果 第 1次免疫后即产生了特异性抗体 ,第 2次加强免疫后抗体水平进一步上升 ,攻击感染前达最高。攻击感染前的血清抗体滴度测定结果显示 ,平均抗体滴度达 1:5 12 0 0。 结论 r
Objective To explore the mechanism of recombinant Schistosoma japonicum 97 ku protein(rSj97) in inducing protective immunity against S. japonicum . Methods Specific antibody titre and dynamics in sera of mice immunized with rSj97 were detected by ELISA. Results The specific antibody could be deteced after the first immunization, the antibody levels were gradually elevated after the second immunization and reached the peak before challenge. The mean antibody titre before challenge in sera reached 1∶ 51 200 . Conclusion rSj97 could stimulate mice to produce a notoble humoral immunity response.
