摘要
目的 通过对葡萄糖酸 -δ-内酯体外抗阴道毛滴虫作用的实验观察 ,为该药的临床应用提供依据。 方法 以实验药物葡萄糖酸 -δ-内酯及对照药物甲硝唑制成大豆蛋白胨液体药物培养基 ,接种临床分离的阴道毛滴虫 ,进行 2 4h培养 ,观察药物的抗滴虫作用。 结果 随着药物作用时间的延长和浓度的增加 ,滴虫死亡率升高 ,虫体裂解 ,密度下降。该药对阴道毛滴虫的最低有效浓度为 16 mg/ ml。 结论 葡萄糖酸
Objective To provide reliable evidence for clinical administration of Glucono δ lactone based on experimental observation of effect against Trichomonas vaginalis in vitro . Methods Strain of T. vaginalis isolated from clinical specimens was inoculated into liquid soy bean peptone media supplied with Glucono δ lactone and cultivated for 24 hours. The effect of glucono δ lactone anti T. vaginalis was observed. Results Death rate of T. vaginalis was increased, parasite cells were split, and survival rate of T. vaginalis was decreased with increasing of Glucono δ lactone concentration and prolonged time of effect. Minimum anti T. vaginalis concentration of Glucono δ lactone is 16 mg per mililiter. Conclusion Glucono δ lactone is effective in anti infection with T. vaginalis.
