摘要
将西北大学生命科学学院实验室分离的猪苓菌丝体 ,在不同条件下进行培养 ,获得了分化的小子实体。实验结果表明 :一定温差的变温处理和暗培养适于猪苓子实体原基的形成 ;短时低温处理可能有利于诱导其菌核的产生。
By culturing the mycelia isolated from the sclerotium of P.umbellatus on a pre selected medium under different environmental conditions, small fruiting bodies were obtained. The results showed that certain difference in temperature and dark condition were suitable for the sporophore primordial initiation. Short low temperature treatment might be beneficial to the induction of sclerotium formation.
