摘要
本文采用气相色谱法对山梨醇中的主要杂质——葡萄糖和甘露醇进行了测定。实验表明:样品经乙酰化处理后,可进行气相色谱分析。
Abstract:Thecontent of mannitol and Slycose in sorbitol as impurity is determinated by GC These analystical figure show that sample acetylate can get good result by this method.
