摘要
用RP-HPLC法测定了盐酸川芎嗪(2,3,5,6-四甲基吡嗪盐酸盐,C8H12N2HCl2H2O)氯化钠注射液中的川芎嗪。采用了Nova-Pak C18色谱柱(150 mm×3.9 mmi.d)、紫外检测器。测定川芎嗪以甲醇-水(体积比为52:48)为流动相,在290 nm波长下检测。平均加样回收率100.36%,RSD1.22%,对照品线性范围3～27 gml-1,r=0.9996。结论:用RP-HPLC法测定盐酸川芎嗪氯化钠注射液中川芎嗪的含量,方法简便灵敏、快速准确,可以作为投产后该产品质量控制的方法。
A RP-HPLC method was established for the determination of ChuanXiongQin in ChuanXiongQin hydrochloride sodium chloride injection. The C18 column(3.9 mmi.d×150 mm) and Uviol detection was used. The mobile phase was consisted of CH3OH-H2O (52:48V/V),the detection wavelength was at 290 nm. The average recoveries were 100.36%(RSD=1.22%). The standard curve was linear over the range of 3～27μg穖l-1 with the correlation coefficient 0.9996. The method was simple, sensitive, rapid, and accurate. It could also control the quality of this product after it was put into production.
