摘要
目的 研究老年高粘滞综合征 (HVS)与血小板膜糖蛋白亚群变化的关系。 方法 用流式细胞术对 160例老年HVS患者治疗前后联合测定CD62p、CD63 、CD3 1、CD41,对比正常老年组、正常中青年组测定值的异同 ,并对比血液流变学的异同。 结果 (1)老年单纯HVS与伴有并发症的HVS患者治疗前CD62p、CD63 、CD3 1均显著高于正常老年组及正常中青年组。 (2 )联合检测可提高老年HVS的阳性率至 92 5 %~ 10 0 % ,其敏感性达 96%。 (3 )正常老年组与正常中青年组血小板膜糖蛋白阳性表达无差异。 (4 )巴米尔对CD62p、CD63 、CD3 1有明显作用 ,且与血流变 ηb、ηp指标的改变呈明显相关。 结论 活化血小板参与了老年HVS发生和发展 ,血小板膜糖蛋白亚群的阳性表达增高是老年HVS早期诊断指标之一 ,用流式细胞术 (FCM )
Objective To study the relationship between senile hyperviscosity syndrome(HVS)and platelet membrane glycoproteins(GP)sub group.Methods 1)The CD 62p ?CD 63 ?CD 31 ?CD 41 of 160 old HVS patients before and after therapy were measured by flow cytometry(FCM).2)The difference of measurement values and the difference of hemorrheologic parameters were compared between normal aged group and normal young group. Results 1)Before therapy,the CD 62p ?CD 63 ?CD 31 of senile HVS and that with complications were obviously higher than those of the normal aged group and normal young group.2)Combined measurement can improve the positive rate of senile HVS up to 92 5%~100%,and its sensitivity reached 96%.3)There were no difference between the positive expression of platelet membrane GP between normal aged group and young group.4)Bamyl had effects on CD 62p ?CD 63 ?CD 31 remarkably and were significantly associated with ηb.ηp. Conclusions Activated platelets participate in the occurrence and development of senile HVS.The improvement of positive expression of platelet membrane GP is one of early diagnosis criteria of senile HVS.Detection of platelet membrane glycoproteins using FCM helps to further the functional mechanism of antiplatelet agent in senile HVS patient.
