摘要
为探讨军队小医院的护理工作适应部队的精减整编 ,本文阐述了部队精简整编后 ,军队小医院护理工作要抓好护士长培训 ,发挥带头人作用 ;加强军人护士培养 ,发挥护理骨干作用 ;强化合同护士培训 ,发挥护理主力军作用。
To inquire into the nursing working in the small military hospital adapting the reduction of the army, it is expounded in this article that the after the reduction of the army, in the nursing working of the small military hospital, the training of the nurse head should be grasped, the lead action should be exerted; the culture of the armyman nurse should be strengthened, the skeletal action in the nursing should be exerted; the training of the contract nurse should be consolidated, the main force action in the nursing should be exerted. The experience should be provided for the nursing working of the small military hospital adapting the reduction of the army.
