摘要
基于节点电压灵敏度 ,将文献 [1 ]中的线性无容差电路的故障字典法推广到可以诊断容差模拟电路和非线性电路软故障的新故障字典法。讨论了该方法的原理和字典的建立方法 ,给出了仿真实例。
Based on the sensitivity of node voltages, a novel fault dictionary method is developed for diagnosis of soft faults of tolerance analog circuits and nonlinear circuits, on the basis of a fault dictionary method for non tolerance linear circuits .The principle of the mew method is described, and the method for establishment of the dictionary is discussed.Finally, examples of simulation are also given
