摘要
目的 :比较不同白内障术式的手术性散光。方法 :随机将 118例患者分成 3组 ,分别行囊外摘除术、5 5mm切口和 3mm切口的超声乳化术 ,比较三者手术散光的大小。结果 :两组超声乳化术造成的手术性散光均显著小于囊外摘除术组 (P <0 0 1) ,两组术间的手术性散光无显著性差异 (P >0 0 5 )。结论 :超声乳化术引起的手术性散光较小 ,具有临床应用的优越性。
Objective To compare the surgically induced astigmatism(SIA) in different kinds of operation.Methods In order to compare the SIA values,118 eyes were randomly divided into 3 groups receiving extra capsular cataract extraction (ECCE),5.5mm incision phacomulsification(PHACO) and 3mm incision PHACO respectively.Results There was a significant difference between two groups of PHACO and the group of ECCE ( P <0 01).SIA in groups of PHACO was lower than that in the group of ECCE.But there was no significant difference between two groups of PHACO ( P >0 05). Conclusions PHACO is an ideal way comparing to ECCE in cataract operations.
