Study on mass transfer efficients of biochemical reactor

摘要 利用因次分析法建立了生化反应器通风发酵罐体积溶氧系数K1α与设备参数及操作变量的关联式 ,利用亚硫酸钠氧化法测定K1α,通过所得实验数据采用最小二乘法回归出K1α与各操作变量及设备参数间的关系式 。 The relation between oxygen transferring coefficient K 1α of the biochemical reactor, the equipment operational parameters and the reaction conditions were established by dimensional analysis and the experiment of oxidation of sodium sulfite.The relating result was highly accurate and satisfied.
