摘要
本文对台湾 92 1大地震中所暴露的建筑工程设计和施工质量方面的弊端进行了反思 ,列举了导致发生重大震害事故的一系列原因的调查结果。对大陆建筑工程中存在的一些问题进行了探讨 ,并提出了设计和施工中应严格执行的技术要求 ,作者还对震灾产生的建筑垃圾 ,尤其是废弃混凝土的再生利用提出了看法。
Malpractice of the previous designs and constructions exposed in the 921 earthquake in Taiwan was rethought and examples of the problems existing in Taiwan's constructions were given.The authors discussed the construction quality in mainland and put for ward rationalization proposals that should be observed by the designers,builders and supervisors.The author's views on the reasonable reuse of the building waste caused by earthquake,especially the reuse of the waste concrete,were summarized in this paper.
