摘要
本文以浦东新区的规划管理工作为例 ,针对城市规划的实施环节———批后管理 ,分析了建成居住区内的插建、扩建现象、工程项目超面积建设、建筑物改变使用性质、规划控制地块的管理等难点问题的成因 。
In the case study of Pudong District, this paper analyses the planning implementation practice, the construction administration, from the aspects of conducting disorderly construction, illegal enlargement, floor area excess, and usage change. Furthermore, it also provides some suggestions on the planning administration practice.
