摘要
从 2 2 8例寻常型银屑病的临床资料研究着手 ,系统分析了本病发病过程中的病因病机变化 ,认为阳热偏盛、热毒蕴积是本病发病的病理基础 ,瘀热互结是主要的病理变化 ,风邪贯穿于发病的始终。临证时宜紧扣病机 ,遣药组方 。
The change of the etiological factors and pathogenesis of psoriasis vulgaris were analysed systematically by studying on 228 cases of patients with the disease It is pointed out that the vigorous yang and the accumulating of heat are the pathological foundation,the combination of heat and stasis of blood is the main pathological change during the disease,and the wind factor links up the vsoriasis pulgaris from beginning to end
