超速起搏预适应保护缺血心肌的实验观察 被引量:3

Observation of the Protective Effect of Superspeedy Pacing Preconditioning on the Ischemia-reperfusive Myocardium

摘要 目的 探讨超速起搏预适应 (PP)对缺血再灌注心肌梗塞范围及室性心律失常发生率的影响。 方法  2 4只健康家兔随机分为缺血再灌注损伤组 (IR组 )和超速起搏预适应组 (PP组 ) ;测定两组梗塞区、危险区的心室重量 ,计算梗塞范围 ,并对室性心律失常发生率进行评分。 结果  (1)心脏 IR组和 PP组梗塞区检测结果 :梗塞区心室重量为 44 1.3± 31.0 3m g比 175 .7± 41.8m g,梗塞范围为 42 .4%± 3.6 %比 16 .7%± 1.2 % ,差异有显著性(P<0 .0 1)。 (2 ) IR组和 PP组室性心律失常发生率评分为 3.6 7± 0 .89比 1.83± 0 .72 ,差异有显著性 (P<0 .0 1)。 结论  (1) PP降低心肌急性缺血再灌注时梗塞范围 ;(2 ) PP降低心肌急性缺血再灌注时室性心律失常的发生。 Objective\ To investigate the protective effect of the overdriving pacing preconditioning.\ Methods\ 24 rabbits were devided into ischemia\| reperfusion group(IR group) and overdriving pacing preconditioning group(PP group).\ The infarct size(IS), area at risk(AAR) and the appearance of ventricular arrhythmias of the two groups were examined.\ Results\ (1)The weight of infarct size of the two groups were 441 3±31 03 mg vs 175 7±41 8 mg, IS/AAR(%) were 42 4%±3 6% vs 16 7%±1 2%(P<0 01).\ (2)The appearance of ventricular arrhythmias of the two groups were 3 67±0 89 vs 1 83±0 72(P<0 01).\ Conclusion\ (1)PP could alleviate the injury of ischemic myocardium and reduce the myocardial infarct size; (2)PP could reduce the occurence of ventricular arrhythmias.\;
