摘要
目的 探讨胆管癌、胆囊癌 MMP- 2蛋白表达与肿瘤发生发展及浸润转移关系。 方法 应用免疫组织化学技术检测 30例胆管癌、2 0例胆囊癌组织及对照组织 MMP- 2蛋白表达 ,并结合临床病理指标进行分析。 结果 胆管癌、胆囊癌 MMP- 2蛋白阳性反应率分别为 80 % (2 4/ 30 )和 75 % (15 / 2 0 ) ,与组织病理分型、组织学分化及有无淋巴结转移、临床分期无关。 结论 MMP- 2参与胆管癌、胆囊癌发生发展过程 。
Objective\ To investigate the expression of matrix metalloproteniase\|2(MMP\|2) and its clinical significance in bile duct and gallbladder carcinoma.\ Methods\ Immunohistochemistry assay was used to study the expression of MMP\|2 in 30 cases of bile duct carcinoma and 20 cases of gallbladder carcinoma, statistical methods were used to analyze the association between the expression and the pathological indexes.\ Results\ The positive rate of MMP\|2 in bile duct and gallbladder carcinoma were 80% and 75% respectively.\ No significant correction was found between pathological indexes and expression of MMP\|2.\ Conclusion\ MMP\|2 may play an important role in the pathogenesis of bile duct and gallbladder carcinoma but does not contribute to their invasion and metastasis. \;
