摘要 目的 研究褪黑激素 (MT)对体外培养肿瘤细胞活性的影响。 方法  MTT法测定 MT的抗肿瘤活性 ;电镜观察药物对肿瘤细胞形态学的影响 ;流式细胞仪检测药物对肿瘤细胞周期的影响。 结果 高浓度 MT(1mm ol/L或 2 m mol/L )可抑制肿瘤细胞的生长 ,延长肿瘤细胞倍增时间 (TD) ;作用 3天 ,可使 S期细胞的比例减少 ,细胞形态学发生非特异性改变 ,有较多的坏死细胞和少量凋亡细胞。 结论 高浓度 MT抑制肿瘤细胞增殖。 Objective\ To investigate the influences of melatonin(MT) on tumor cells growth in vitro.\ Methods\ The antiproliferation activities of MT were evaluated by means of trypan blue dye exclusion and MTT vital staining methods.\ The morphological changes of MT on Bel\|7404 cells were observed under transmission electronic microscope.\ Cell division cycle influenced by MT was assessed by flow cytometry.\ Results\ MT produced certain inhibition effect on tumor cells at the concentration of 1 mmol/L or 2 mmol/L and prolonged the duplicate time(T\-D).\ The flow cytometric analyses showed that exposure to MT for 72 h reduced the number of MCF\|7 cells in phase S.\ Under electronic microscope,the Bel\|7404 cells exposed to MT for 72 h displayed morphological changes of necrosis, apoptosis, more heterochromatin and lesser euchromatin.\ Conclusion\ MT showed certain inhibitions on the tumor cells.\ Its mechanism may probably be attribute to reduction of the number of cells in phase S.\;
