摘要
观察降糖益肾方对 2型糖尿病并发肾病大鼠肾小球转化细胞生长因子 β1、IV型胶原的影响 ,从分子水平探讨其治疗糖尿病肾病的机理。运用免疫组化的方法 (ABC法 )观察对比各组肾小球转化细胞生长因子 β1(TGF β1)、IV型胶原阳性产物的生成情况。模型组大鼠肾小球棕色阳性产物明显增多 ,经降糖益肾方治疗后棕色阳性产物生成明显减少。结论 :结果提示本方可通过调节TGF β1达到调控肾脏整体功能 ,并可减少IV型胶原的生成而维持肾小球细胞外基质 (ECM)的完整性。
To observe the effects of Formula for Lowering Blood Sugar and Tonifying the Kidney on glomerulus TGF β 1 and CoIV of type 2 diabetic nephropathy,and to reveal the mechanism of the formula treating diabetic nephropathy on molecule level.Methods:We observed and contrasted the positive production of glomerulus TGF β 1 and CoIV by the immunohistochemistry methods.Results:The results showed that there were more positive products in the model group,while the group using the formula had less products than the model group.Conclusion:The formula can adjust the integral function of the kidneys by regulating TGF β 1,and keep the integrality of ECM by decreasing the producing of CoIV.
