摘要
目的 :探讨化疗药物在胃癌细胞系中的药物敏感性。方法 :应用MTT方法在胃癌细胞系HSC 39,MKN2 8,MKN4 5及MKN74中对化疗药物顺铂 ,阿霉素及VP 16的药物敏感性进行检测。结果 :胃癌细胞存在自主多药耐药机制 ,胃癌细胞系MKN1对化疗药物顺铂、阿霉系和VP 16比MKN2 8,MKN4 5 ,MKN74有更好的药物敏感性。结论
Objective: Our aim was to investigate the sensitivity of anti cancer drugs in 4 gastric cancer cell lines. The anti cancer drugs included cisplatin(CDDP), doxorubicin(DXP), and etoposode (VP 16). Methods: The MTT{3 (4,5 dimethyl 2 thiazolyl) 2,5 diphenyl terazolium bromide}assay was used. Results: Among the cell lines in this study, gastric cancer cell line MKN1 had a higher sensitivity to CDDP, DXR, and VR 16 than MKH28, MKN45, MKN74. Conclusion: Some gastric cancer cells have intrinsical multidrug resistance before initial chemotherapy.
