摘要
目的 :探讨口腔内冷热循环刺激对不同粘接性树脂粘接性能的影响。方法 :选用临床常用的粘接性树脂 [如Super bondC&B (SB)和Panavia 2 1(PV)等 ]为对象 ,采用破坏韧性试验的方法 ,分别对冷热循环试验前后各粘接性树脂的破坏韧性加以测试比较 ,并观察其粘接面的破坏方式变化。结果 :不含无机填料的粘接性树脂 (SB)在冷热循环试验后 ,破坏韧性值明显下降 ,同时龟裂进展面由凝集破坏变为界面破坏 ;含无机填料的粘接性树脂 (PV)在冷热循环试验后 ,破坏韧性值下降不明显 ,龟裂进展面始终为凝集破坏。由此可见 ,冷热循环试验对不含无机填料的粘接性树脂的影响明显高于对含无机填料的粘接性树脂的影响。结论 :口腔内的冷热循环刺激对不含无机填料的粘接性树脂的影响明显高于对含无机填料的粘接性树脂的影响。通过适当填加无机填料 。
Objective: Our aim was to investigate the effect of 4 and 60℃ caloric test on fracture toughness of the adhesive resin during dentin bond. Methods: The fracture toughness of different adhesive resins which have different amount of filler contents were investigated by means of tensile bonding strength and fracture toughness test before and after the caloric test. Results: The endurance of adhesive resin was improved by adding inorganic filler contents. Conclusion: Inorganic filler contents should be properly added to the adhesive resin.
