摘要
本文主要探讨了人造金刚石复合片多晶层的性能及其微观结构,并提出高温高压下烧结优质多晶的最佳工艺参数和原料的合理配比。
In this paper, the properties of the polycrystalline diamond concerning synthetic diamond composite and its microstructure is explored.The optimum techniques parauaeters under superhigh pressure-high temperature and the rational formula of the raw materials is proposed as well.
