摘要
目的 观察 2 2 4例肺癌患者血浆内皮素 (ET)和心钠素 (ANP)含量及联合化疗对血浆内皮素 (ET)和心钠素 (ANP)的影响 ,以探讨血浆ET和ANP在肺癌发病过程中的作用及在肺癌诊断与鉴别诊断中的临床意义。方法 应用放射免疫法检测 2 2 4例肺癌患者及 43例正常对照者于化疗前、化疗后 3周血浆内皮素 (ET)和心钠素 (ANP)值 ,并进行对比研究。结果 非小细胞肺癌组血浆ET和ANP较对照组相比显著升高 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,ET与ANP呈显著正相关 ,化疗后二者均显著下降 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,小细胞肺癌血浆ET和ANP较对照组相比无显著差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 血浆ET和ANP在非小细胞肺癌发生发展中起着重要作用 ,并可作为化疗疗效考核的一项指标。
Objective To evaluate ET and ANP during carcinogenesis of lung cancer and their diagnostic significance by observing the level fluctuation with and without chemotherapy.Methods The serum concentration of ET and ANP before and 3 weeks after chemotherapy of 224 lung cancer patients was compared with that of 43 normal persons (control group).Results For NSCLC,the levels of ET and ANP were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).They were paralled to each other and both decreased greatly.For SCLC,ET and ANP had no significant changes after chemotherapy(P>0.05) when compared with normal controls.Conclusion ET and ANP play an important role in the carcinogenesis of NSCLC,and can be used as a valuable index for chemotherapy efficacy.
