摘要
目的 探讨乳腺囊性增生病的各种病变成分c erbB 2癌基因蛋白表达对于乳腺癌早期诊断的意义。方法 应用免疫组化S -P法对 87例乳腺囊性增生病手术标本存档蜡块进行检测。结果 在乳腺囊性增生病的各种病变成分中 ,导管上皮重度不典型增生和重度乳头状瘤病c erbB 2蛋白表达的阳性率分别高达 38.8% ( 7/18)和 32 .4% ( 12 /37)。结论 c erbB 2蛋白检测对于乳腺囊性增生病病变成分早期癌变的监测具有极其重要的临床意义 ,其在乳腺癌的发生过程中是一早期事件。
Objective To study the expression of c erbB 2 protein in breast cystic hyperplasia disease and its clinical significance.Methods Levels of c erbB 2 protein were detected by immunohistochemistry in 86 paraffin embedded blocks of breast cystic hyperplasia disease.Results In all kinds of lesion elements,the overexpression rates of high atypical hyperplasia and high proliferated papillomatosis were 38.8%(7/18) and 32.4%(12/37) respectively.Conclusion c erbB 2 assay may be helpful for detection of early malignant change of breast precancerous lesions.It′s an early cause in the incidence of breast carcinoma.
