摘要
用比转速为 66,90 ,10 5的离心泵在不同粘度、不同转速下进行了一系列试验 ,提出了一种新的油泵液体粘度换算方法 ,该方法考虑了转速对换算系数的影响。将这种方法的实测结果同苏联、美国、德国的粘度换算方法进行了比较。新方法的试验结果与三国的换算方法都有差别 ,其原因是各国换算方法所用油品的物性及泵的性能不同。
A series of tests on centrifugal oil pumps with different specific speeds were done under different conditions of liquid viscosities and pump rotary speeds. Based on these results of tests, new conversion curves are presented with consideration of the effect of rotary speed on conversion coefficient. The results of tests with different methods proposed by three countries of Soviet Union, America and German because of different properties of oil and pumps used in these methods.
