摘要
阐述了高校系部教学秘书的基本职责与特点．分析了当前教学秘书工作中存在的主要问题．提出了加强教学秘书队伍建设的对策．
This paper expounds the basic duties and characteristic of departmental teaching secretary in colleges and universities, analyses present main questions of the teaching secretary works,and puts forward the measurements strengthening the structure of teaching secretary ranks.
