摘要
本文通过对QSn6.5-0.1合金冷挤滑动轴承的试验结果及其与国外同类材料性能的对比分析,说明用国产锡磷青铜冷挤成型的滑动轴承毛坯具有良好的性能指标,完全能满足目前世界各国同类材料验收标准的要求。
The properties of sliding bearing of cold extrusion QSn6.5-0.1 tin-phosphorus-bronze alloy were studied and compared with similar products of the main industrial countries in the world The resuld showed that the tin-phosphorus-bronze sliding bearing blank by cold extrusion forming has excellent performance index and can meet the acceptance criteria of similar product of various countries now.
