摘要
根据显像管生产线对显像管测试用电源的要求研制了一种 30 0~ 3万伏连续可调直流稳压电源。该电源控制电路选用 80C198单片机控制 ,主电路采用串联调整稳压技术、高频开关技术和晶闸管预稳压技术具有线路简单、响应迅速、稳定性好、过流保护动作电流可人为设定、效率高等特点。详细分析了电源的拓朴图及工作原理。
According to the demands for testing kinescope on the kinescope product line, the authors develop a DC voltage_stabilized power source that can be adjusted smoothly in wide range 300~30000V. This power source adopt 80C198 microcomputer to control. The main circuit adopts series voltage_stabilized technology, high frequency switch technology and SCR pre_regulation technology. This power source has advantages of simple circuit, quick response, high stability, high efficiency and regulative max current and so on. This article analyzes the topology of power supply and working principle in detail.
