摘要
1986—1988年刺激割胶试验结果表明,采用5%乙烯利刺激结合四分之一阴阳刀割线月周期轮换隔日割的割胶制度,橡胶无性系RRIM600中龄芽接树不仅产量高,死皮少,而且胶乳蔗糖含量高,树皮贮备糖消耗少,过氧化物酶活性亦较弱。其中,用阴刀割胶胶树的生理状况尤佳。用阴刀割胶胶乳干胶含量比用阳刀割胶略低,但差别不大。根据RRIM600的品系特性,生产上采用低浓度、低频率乙烯利刺激,阴阳刀短割线周期轮换的割胶制度,不仅可以获得持续高产,而且亦较安全。
Stimulated tapping experiments showed that(s/4, s/4 ↑)d/2 (m, m)+ET5% Ga2 (-) (m) system on mature RRIM600 buddings gave higher yield and sucrose content in latex with less consumption in both bark and sugar reserve and weaker peroxidase activity. Upward tapping favoured the physiological status of the trees even better. But upward tapping gave lower dry rubber content than downward tapping although not significant. The elonal characteristics of RRIM600 could offer the possibility of sustained higher yield with better safety on periodic short cut upward and downward tapping system with low concerntration Ethtel at low application frequency.
