摘要
本文研究了福建沿海古牡蛎礁的分布、产状和年代,并据此确定了福建沿岸3000多年以来各有两次明显的上升和下降。两次上升是距今3000年(+2.0m左右)和2000—1500年(+1.5m左右)。两次下降是距今3000—2100年(0m附近)和1500—700年(-0.4m左右)。
Along the Fujian coast, sea level has been fluctuating during the past 4000 years or so with two distinct rises and falls, respectively. The sea level rises took place at about 3000 yr.B.P. and between 2000-1500 yr.B.P.while the sea level falls occured during the periods of 3000-2100 yr.B.P.and 15-700 yr.B.P.In correspondence with these fluctations sea level has attained two high and low stands, respectively. The high sea level stands occurred at about 3000 yr.B.P.with an elevation of about + 2.0m, and 1500 yr.B.P.about+1.5m; the low sea level stands took place at 2100 yr. B.P.about om, and 700 yr.B.P.about -0.4m. The shoreline has shifted towards the sea during the past 4000 years with a rate exceeding 3 m per year at some sites in Xinghua Plain and Long-hai Plain, Putian.
