摘要
提出了一个基于模糊逻辑的数控加工中的负载自适应控制方法。该方法能根据数控加工中通过间接测量得到的负载值,运用模糊逻辑算法自动给出数控加工在此负载下相应的刀具进给速度。这样就使刀具的进给速度能随着负载的变化而相应地发生变化,保证负载在整个加工过程中保持相对的平稳,从而可以提高加工质量和延长设备寿命。
: A method of adaptive control for loading in NC machining based on fuzzy logic is put forward in this paper.In this method,the loading of NC machining is measured indirectly and then the speed of the tool corresponding to the loading calculated automatically with fuzzy logic.Therefore,the speed of the tool will change with that of the loading,resulting in relatively constant loading during machining ,so that the machining quality can be improved and the service life of the machine and tool can be prolonged。
