通过对信息技术带动传统制造业发展的可能性和必要性分析，论述了传统制造业的发展新机遇以及提升自身能级的实现方法和切入点。
The possibilities and necessities of information technology to bring along the conventional manufacturing industry are analyzed in this paper.The new opportunities for the conventional manufacturing industry to develop and the implementation method and approaching point to raise the energy level are described.
