摘要
分析CZ953机床原有电气控制装置的缺点 ,采用EX2 0plus型PLC改装CZ953 ,使控制部分更为完善可靠 ,机械气动部件的修配也保证了控制部分的正常工作 ,使机床的电气故障大大降低 ,同时也减少了日常维修费用。附图
The disadvantage of original electric control device of CZ953 machine tool is analyzed. The CZ953 machine tool has been refitted by using EX20plus type PLC, which makes the control part more perfect and reliable. The repair of mechanical parts drived by gas can ensure normally operation of control parts, so that the electric failures of the machine tool are mostly reduced. At the same time the daily repair expenditure is also reduced.
