摘要
介绍成象放大法螺旋线螺距测量系统 ,采用线阵CCD图像传感器 ,采集螺旋线放大图像 ,经高速模数转换器转换成数字信号 ,存入双端口RAM。提出了对图像数据进行一阶微分并求其局部重心点作为其边缘特征点 ,以提高测量稳定性和测量精度。
This paper introduces the system for the spiral span measurement using image formation and magnification. The linear CCD image sensor is used to receive the spiral magnification image and translate it into electric signal. Then the digital signal would be memorized in double ports RAM. It gets the first order differential of the image data and acquires its local center of gravity as characteristics of the edge so as to improve the accuracy and stability.
