摘要
本文以30%TBP(煤油)-HNO_3-水为实验体系,进行了环形脉冲萃取柱传质性能的研究。实验中测定了沿环形柱的稳态浓度剖面及分散相的存留分数,以扩散模型为基础,采用最优化方法拟合浓度剖面,求得环形脉冲萃取柱的“真实”传质单元高度,分散单元高度及表观传质单元高度。同时建立了相应的关联式。与具有相同截面积的同形脉冲筛板柱相比,环形脉冲萃取柱的传质效率与圆形柱相当,分散单元高度则比圆柱的小。
Mass transfer characteristics of a 30%TBP(in kerosene)HN03-H_2O system was studied in the annular pulsed extraction column.The fractional hold-up of dispersed(organic)phase and the steady state solute concentration profiles were measured.The'true'height of transfer unit, diffusional height of transfer unit and apparent height of transfer unit were estimated from the diffusion model by fitting the measured concentration profile, and empirical equations for their calculation are suggested.Results show that mass transfer efficiency of annular pulsed extraction column is equivalent to that of the circular pulsedsieve-plate column with the same cross section, and H_(oxd) of the annular column is less than that of the circular one.
