摘要
本文分析了粤西地区的自然环境和咖啡的适生条件,提出发展咖啡种植业的生产布局,并就其生产、管理、加工、销售等一系列问题提出几点意见,供有关部门决策参考。
As one of the three dominant beverages in the world, coffee occupies an important position in international trade. The demand for coffee in China increases rapidly but its production develops slowly. Based on the analysis of natural conditions in Western Guangdong, the author considers that the environment there is suitable for coffee growth. But it is necessary to adopt some measures to decrease the damages from strong wind and cold air. Some suggestions are put forward as follows: take preferential policies to support coffee production; make appropriate developing plan; enhance technical training and service; pay more attention to the technical processing and development of new products; restrict importation and guid consumption.
