摘要 目的 探讨术中面神经监测在小脑桥脑角肿瘤手术中保护面神经的方法和效果。方法 将45例患者随机分为监测组与对照组,然后比较分析两组患者术前、术后7~10d及随访后的面神经功能。结果 术后7~10d面神经功能Ⅰ~Ⅲ级者两组分别为15例和9例,Ⅳ~Ⅴ级者分别为7例和14例;随访后两组面神经功能Ⅰ~Ⅲ级者分别为21例和14例,Ⅳ~Ⅴ级者分别为1例和9例;统计学分析差异有显著性。结论 术中面神经监测对小脑桥脑角肿瘤手术中保护面神经有重要指导作用,能有效地改善术后面神经功能。 Objective To study the effectiveness of intraoperative facial nerve monitoring (IFNM) in protection of the facial nerve during operation on patients with the cerebellopontine angle (CPA) tumors. Methods All 45 patients were randomly divided into the IFNM group and the control group. Facial nerve function (FNF) in all the patients was assessed before the operation, 7-10 days after the operation and every two months postoperatively, and was compared between the two groups. Results Seven to ten days after the operation, the patients with FNF of grades I-III were 15 and 9 respectively in the IFNM group and the control group, while those of grads IV^V were 7 and 14. As the follow-up results, the patients with FNF of grades I~ III were 21 and 14 respectively in the IFNM and control groups, those of grades IV ~V were 1 and 9. Difference in FNF between IFNM and control groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusions IFNM could play an important role in the protection of the FNF during the operation for CPA tumors.
