摘要
目的 评价Arg PN和PN对免疫系统的作用 ,探索小儿围手术期更有效的营养支持配方。 方法 对 16例重症围手术期患儿应用Arg PN营养支持 ,即在PN的基础上添加精氨酸 5～ 15g/d。其中 2岁以下为 5 g/d ,2～ 7岁为 10 g/d ,7岁以上为 15g/d。对 14例患儿用PN营养支持。于手术前及输注结束后次日分别测量免疫功能指标。 结果 Arg PN支持后患儿IgG、IgM及C3 、C4 、CD4 /CD8等免疫功能指标明显增高。 结论 Arg PN营养支持有明显的免疫促进作用 ,更有利于患儿安全度过围手术期。
Objective To study the effect of parenteral nutrition (PN) and arginine enriched PN (Arg-PN) in perioperative period children. Methods 30 children were randomly divided into 2 groups:16 children in Arg-PN group and 14 children in PN group.In Arg-PN group,Arginine was added 5～15 g/d additionally.Both groups adopt peripheral venous route for 5 to 7 days.At the beginning and finishing of the study immunological parameters were monitored. Results Short-term(a week or so) PN support did not restrain the children's immune function.Arg-PN could improve the perioperative children's immune function remarkably. Conclusions Arg-PN was a valuable nutritional regimen,which should be recommended.
