小型十六极阵列质谱计的研究现状及前景 被引量:2

摘要 本文阐述十六极阵列质谱计的工作原理和其特点。它体积小、质量轻、功耗低 ,但需要的关键技术难度高 ,我们结合关键技术的解决途径总结出十六极阵列质谱计的两种结构形式 :悬臂型和端支型 ,同时结合我国实际提出一种新的的结构形式———镶嵌型 ,最后展望了十六极阵列质谱计在航天领域、科研生产和环境监测中的应用前景。 This paper introduces the working method of the quadrupole mass spectrometer array, with characteristics of small volume, light weight and low power, and the key skills during its research. According to the ways to work out the key skills, the quadrupole mass spectrometer array is divided into two kinds-a kind supported at one end and another supported at two ends. Besides, the third kind-a inset kind is put forward according to the reality in China. Finally, the prospect of wide use of the quadrupole mass spectrometer array in the fields of space, research, manufacturing and environmental monitoring is expected.
